Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AV Wallet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

AV Wallet grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on your personal devices in accordance with these terms.

3. Subscription Terms

AV Wallet offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: €2.99 per month, automatically renews monthly
• Yearly Plan: €19.99 per year, automatically renews annually

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

5. Premium Features

Premium subscription includes:

• Complete catalog access (unlimited structures)
• Advanced calculation tools
• Export to PDF and Excel
• Priority customer support
• Ad-free experience

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. User Data

You retain all rights to any data you create or upload through the App. AV Wallet stores data securely and uses it only to provide the service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AV WALLET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AV WALLET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

AV Wallet reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

AV Wallet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
